Dan Vincent

Dan Vincent graduated from UC Davis with a BS in Agricultural Economics and obtained an MBA from the Institute of Agriculture at the University of Santa Clara.

Dan’s professional life has been exclusively focused on serving California agriculture, with most of his career spent at Pacific Coast Producers, a farmers’ cooperative owned by 165 family farms in Central and Northern California. The cooperative’s mission is to provide a sustainable home for grower-owners’ crops through the operation of canning and distribution facilities in California, Oregon, and Washington.

In 2005, Dan was promoted to President and CEO, seeing revenues increase from $320M to $950M, supporting a sustainable record of annual dividends in excess of commercial crop values to the family farms of the cooperative.

When asked by Craig Powell to join the Natura team as Chairman of the Advisory Board, Dan was excited at the prospect of creating the industry-defining template in the cannabis industry to best serve its customers.

What drew Dan to cannabis:

“I fully believe that with the Natura team, cannabis has the potential to reach well beyond its current form and current customer base, to provide a better quality of life for all. I know that the work of Natura counts – and will make a lasting difference in this world. And my hope is that my life and love for agriculture will in some way support the Natura team in achieving this goal.”

The quote that drives him:

“It all counts.” This is the quote that Dan has based his personal and professional life on. Everything we do matters – and the greatest accomplishment we can have in this life is to live a life that counts, to our families, to our friends, to our working team, and to our world.
